I deserve better than to be at an instant disadvantage so I quit if I know I have fewer players on my team.

Um, just a mere suggestion, but why don't people just play in American districts. There's hardly any leaving going on there when I play. Don't play in international districts if you hate leavers.

There's a good chance you'll have an asshat who'll just bail right away, not caring about the late joiner. So you're left with this poor guy who has 9 wins and is left twiddling his thumbs. Some douche did this to a whole team yesterday. I was on 6, 2 people were on 9 and this guy reached 10. He promised to stay for everyone and then he didn't even move until we were all dead :/ I hate trolls.

Never!
I was even able to win some times after 3 leaves, just by running around until they got tired and left too.

lol at all you "honorable" people. lack of time management is your downfall.
of course you can win with no healer. but make 10? unlikely. eventually you will run into a team with both a monk AND players that counter your build. and your work for the past half hour or so will go down the drain.
...
there IS an exception that makes me decide to stay, though. if i see an exact enemy team that defeated me in a past battle enter the map (by reading their names) that i know is on a streak... even if i dont have a monk, i will try to kill them, just to ruin their day. (and i succeed sometimes, lol)
and then leave at the end

I don't need time management when I'm at leisure and I don't need gladiator titles too. It comes in the process anyway as I recently hit r1. Biggest gripe anyways, people only take front loaded damage templates to RA, no defense or heals whatsoever. And then they're surprised that they get killed w/o a monk DOH!!
Hrmpf, just did some RA yesterday, and it was really hard to stick to my principles of sportsmanship when I faced 3 spirit camper teams in a row. It's perfectly possible to win but you know you're in for a tedious match.
Ritualists must die MRAWR!

I tend to stay if there are 3 people, but if another leaves then I'm gone.
Actually, I always whisper the person that left, and make sure I'm set on Do Not Disturb, because then I don't have to put up and read their excuses or stupid remarks. My comment is actually very standard, something like
"Don't play in RA if you're gonna leave"
Yes. I send it to every leaver, and I feel good about making them feel bad.

Honor is so overrated, only the cold and calculating come first.
Whether I leave or not depends on my mood and time I have, if someone leaves, I judge whether we still stand a chance by what is on the opposing team, and what is left on ours. If I think we stand a chance, sure I'll give it a shot, but if not, then I prefer not to waste the time.
If two people leave, then I'll leave, no question.
@Master Ketsu: It's even funnier if they have Migraine, you even have time to type "Stop casting Meteor Shower or I will interrupt you"
@Terra Xin: I fail to see how your comment would make anyone feel bad, most smarter leavers themselves will be on DnD anyway.

More like lol at you, for trying to get 10 straight in RA. TA's where the people with a clue go to farm glad points. Being able to choose your team and going for 40 straight >>>> not being able to and ragequitting six times before finally getting a monk ...who leaves at 9 just for the lulz. Why do people think having a monk is all that in RA anyway? Most monks in RA suck, and even if you do get a good one, if your other two allies can't deal shit for damage, you might as well quit anyway.
Said it before and I'll say it again, RA's a place to play against scrubs for fun, not a place to farm glad points seriously.

most of us dont give a RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO (or are probably on DND ourselves), and you are a pussy if you're too scared to suffer a heart attack at our blistering response.

like i said in an earlier post, i have no guild and few friends. and ta sucks cuz there is very often, dedicated antimelee. a good monk and myself in RA is usually enough; the other two can run around doing random shit as long as they have the dimmest concept of killing.

Let me be as sincere as I can towards you...
What is up with you? Do you have reading impairments?
1: You're a hypocrite and you contradicted yourself... in the same sentence. If I have DnD on myself, is there any different reason why you do exactly the same? *GASP!*
2: I never said I would have a heart attack, I said I don't care what they have to say. DnD just makes it easier for me not to bother with them.
Hang on, I better repeat this. (I think you need to see a doctor after this as well, it's serious stuff. Ask for some medication for your rudeness as well, doctors will prescribe anything these days.)
I never said I would have a heart attack, I said I don't care what they have to say. DnD just makes it easier for me not to bother with them.
I would like you to respect another person's will to do something against leavers, but you're one of those people so I have this to say to you, especially:
Don't play in RA if you're gonna leave.
You have no idea how good that felt. There, I said it on the forums so you can tantrum all you like and everyone will look at you for what you are.
I can also repeat that if you want, I don't have the time but it looks like you need it, just PM me and I'll send you a copy.
Oh, and don't assume that you represent 'most' people, because you don't.

Community Relations, make sure that you reply in a positive or neutral way, and if they respond in a negative way, then they've already lost. It's normally not worth responding to these people, but if you need to make an example of them, then counter their response by targeting the flaws in what they say, ensuring that your response does not sink into their level of negativity, or do the better thing and positively respond to their comments. There are more perceptions towards making someone feel bad. That's just my opinion.
But I don't see how a leaver is smart in the first place. So there goes your point. :S

I don't see the point in leaving if you have a leaver in your team. Stay in the game, and there's a small chance you might get a little Balth faction. At the very least, the other guys will get a little. And you might have fun. OMFG, you might have FUN in a competitive setting! What an alien concept!
